The property was pleasant and simple with very very helpful staff from outside receptionist. We liked the classic-style building and huge and cheap room except for the beds. The food was tasty overall. Exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. The airport was 15 km away. The hotel provided good prices.

The hotel offered free and fast wifi, which was a great convenience during our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. We also appreciated the fact that there was a lift in the hotel, which was helpful for carrying our luggage.

Our experience at the hotel was not as pleasant as we had hoped. The bathroom in our room was quite small and the shower walls were covered in mold, prompting us to avoid using the shower altogether.

The bathroom was very old and dirty. The room was very disgusting. We don´t recommend this hotel. We think that the hotel´s facilities are under construction (new lift...) The room was expensive: no pretty room - no closer to the city center.

The hotel had a lowest price for the time I was searching for hotels in Brussels. The hotel is located in a Turkish neighbor. The location is good. The best point is about their breakfast which is really awesome. All in all I recommend this place for people who attend a business meeting or conference.

The people on the desk friendly. The hotel is near of "Gare du Nord" train station.

Given the age of the building should be more attention to the deterioration to ensure quality service. In the morning always had water on the floor of the bathroom

It's fairly clean hotel nestled in a classic style building in the domestic area. The staff are very friendly and excellent and the room is airy except for the beds. The breakfast has particularly nice options with jam and meat, for example. The location is convenient and they have parking outside. We would like to stay longer, thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Clean place, nice service, welcoming and polite staff. Good and unbeatable location to Museum of the City of Brussels. Found in a fairly nice area next to the public transport as well as the underground. Appetising and cheap meals. A pleasant and friendly hotel, my first choice in Brussels.
